One marketplace, three roles, three plan sets. Pick which side of the table you sit on β sellers, facilities, or market organizers β and see exactly what each tier costs.
Three plans for growers, bakers, and makers. Start free, keep your storefront forever.
For sellers
Growers, bakers, and makers selling direct.
Save ~17% with annual billing.
Free
For weekend bakers, hobbyist growers, and first-time sellers.
Verified individual and organization-linked sellers
What if the seller is a person, troop, club, or team?
Keep the standard producer directory free, then support a lightweight seasonal pass for verified individuals and org-linked fundraisers. The pricing model to test is a low monthly or seasonal pass plus small flat per-item fees, so a cookie seller, school club, or 4-H member keeps almost everything while buyers see real identity and affiliation signals.
ID plus org affiliation before trust badges show.
Seasonal pass instead of trapping annual contracts.
Campaign and preorder pages can use threshold pricing later.
Pricing FAQ
Pricing questions for sellers
Plain answers about free plans, fees, launch billing, and what happens as you grow.
When do I need to upgrade?
Never, if Free works for you β it always will. Most producers only upgrade when they hit the 5 concurrent conversation limit, want deeper analytics, or need team accounts. If you're unsure, start on Free and upgrade when you feel the ceiling.
How does the conversation limit work on Free?
Free producers can have up to 5 concurrent active conversations with customers. Once one is archived or marked complete, a new slot opens up. Pro and above have unlimited β there's no cap on how many customer threads you can run at once.
Can I try Pro first?
During launch, all paid tiers are free while we finish payments infrastructure. After that, new Pro and Studio subscribers get a 14-day free trial β no credit card required to start. You'll get a reminder email 3 days before trial end.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or co-ops?
Yes. Registered non-profits, agricultural co-ops, and educational farms get 50% off Studio and free Pro. Contact us at hello@brothh.com with proof of status.
Can I use Brothh for a side hustle?
Absolutely. Brothh is built for producers of every size β weekend bakers, backyard beekeepers, part-time woodworkers, and folks testing a new idea. Free forever means free forever. No minimum volume, no quotas.
What if I have multiple farms or shops?
Pro lets you run multiple products and locations under one producer profile. If you operate legally separate entities (e.g. two different farms with different brands), Studio's multi-producer feature lets you run each one as its own profile under one login.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel in your dashboard and you keep paid features until the end of your current billing period, then automatically drop back to Free. Your data stays.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your account reverts to Free at the end of the billing period. Your data β products, reviews, saved items, messages β stays intact. You'll lose access to paid features but nothing is deleted.
Do you charge any transaction fees?
No. Brothh does not take a commission or transaction fee on sales β ever. When Stripe payments go live, standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + 30Β’) apply to the producer directly, and Brothh keeps 0% of the sale.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes β pay annually and save about 17% (roughly 2 months free) on any paid tier. The annual price is shown on the pricing cards when you flip the billing toggle.
Do I own my data?
Yes. Your products, customer list, saved items, reviews, notes, and messages are yours. Every tier includes data export. If you ever leave Brothh, you take everything with you β we don't hold your data hostage.
What currencies do you support?
USD at launch. CAD, GBP, EUR, and AUD are on the roadmap for 2026 once Stripe payments go live.
When will paid plans go live?
We're finishing the payments infrastructure. Until then, all paid tiers are enabled for free for early Brothh members. Join the waitlist on any paid tier card and you'll be first in line β plus we'll honor early-access pricing for your first year.
Not sure which side of Brothh you're on?
If you grow it, bake it, or make it β you're a seller. If you rent out a space β you're a facility. If you run a weekly market β you're an organizer.
