Use this to test the verified individual seller tier: a low pass fee plus a scaled flat fee per item. It makes the main constraint obvious: on small items, payment processing can cost more than the platform fee.
platform_revenue = pass_fee + applied_flat_fee x units
seller_net = gross - platform_revenue - payment_fees

Threshold Price Ladder
Model multi-tier unlock pricing for campaigns, preorders, facility days, market stalls, and fundraisers.
Enter item price, units sold, a pass fee, three per-item fee tiers, and payment-processing assumptions. The calculator chooses the applicable flat fee for the item price and shows seller net, platform revenue, payment fees, effective rates, and fixed-fee drag.
Verified individual and org-linked sellers only work if the seller keeps almost everything and the platform still covers its costs. A flat fee curve can be clearer than a marketplace percentage, but tiny item prices expose payment fixed-fee drag fast.
The default curve follows the proposed individual seller tier shape: very small fee on low-priced items, a modest fee on mid-priced goods, and a larger absolute fee on higher-priced items while the percentage drops as price rises. Processing is modeled separately so platform revenue is not confused with payment cost.
